End tab file folders are meticulously crafted for efficient shelf filing in large records management systems, particularly suited for medical, dental, and hospital filing systems. These folders feature double-thick tabs that provide exceptional strength, embossed lines for effortless label application, and an undercut front panel that ensures clear label readability.
Each folder is slit-punched on 2-3/4" centers in positions 1, 2, 3, and 4, allowing for customized fastener installation to meet your specific organizational needs. Please note that fasteners are sold separately. The tabs measure 1/2" wide, 4" high, and are positioned 1/8" up from the bottom, while the front panel stands at 9-1/2" high and is undercut 1/4" deep.
Constructed from durable 11 point stock and scored for a 3/4" expansion, these file folders are designed to withstand the demands of a busy office environment while providing a practical solution for your filing requirements.
