Clearly mark where folders have been removed from your shelf filing system with these end-tab out guides. Designed with a small translucent pocket for holding a charge-out form, indicating the file taken, date taken, and by whom. The larger pocket provides temporary storage for full-size documents to be filed back into the folder upon return. Tabs in 1/5-cut bottom position are embossed with the word, "OUT." These letter-size out guides are crafted from 20-point poly material, ensuring acid-free and archival quality for long-term document preservation.
