Rigid, vinyl out guides with top tabs are designed to clearly indicate where files have been removed from your filing system. The large pocket provides a temporary holding space for full-size documents that need to be filed back into the folder upon return. Additionally, a small 5" wide x 3" high pocket is included to accommodate a charge-out guide (charge-out guide not included).
These out guides feature translucent, nonglare vinyl pockets that are securely welded to the back panel for durability. The 1/2" high tabs in a 1/5 cut center position are embossed with the word "OUT" for easy identification.
Made of sturdy 15 vinyl stock, these out guides are a reliable addition to any filing system, ensuring efficient organization and clear communication within your workspace.
