Our self-mixing epoxy syringe is an essential tool for bonding uneven and ill-fitting surfaces. This two-part adhesive consists of an epoxy resin and a hardener. When combined in equal amounts, the resin and hardener undergo a chemical reaction to create a durable, inflexible, high-strength bond. The bond begins to set in just 5 minutes and achieves handling strength within 1 hour.
The static mix nozzle ensures a consistent blend of resin and hardener with each use. This versatile product can serve as an adhesive for a wide variety of materials or as a flexible filler for gap bonding, surface repairs, and laminating. It is suitable for use on metal, wood, ceramics, stone, glass, tile, and most plastics.
Our epoxy does not contract upon drying and is impervious to water and the majority of common solvents. It can be colored to match existing materials by adding earth pigments, cement, or sand. Additionally, it can be sanded and drilled for further customization.
