Quickly address temporary hazard warnings and meet OSHA LOTO requirements with UltraDuty Lock Out/Tag Out Hang Tags. These tags are designed for heavy-duty environments, featuring hang holes that resist 50 lb. of pull force and material that is UV, chemical, water, abrasion, and tear-resistant. Utilize Avery's online design software to customize these blank tags for various purposes such as LOTO locks, inspection tags, danger tags, "out of service" tags, and "do not operate" tags. These tags are durable, lasting up to 2 years outdoors. Each letter-size sheet contains six tags that can be easily separated with microperforations. The laser-printable sheets allow for double-sided printing and are compatible with common marking tools.
