Shipping policy

It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Free Shipping: All orders are shipped Ground Free shipping within the lower 48 states. Most orders will be delivered in 3-5 business days after shipping. 

 

We ship from multiple warehouses based on your location to offer the fastest delivery time using standard Ground Shipping.

Special Order Items (Floor Cleaning Machines, etc): Special order items such as floor cleaning machines have longer lead times and may take 1-2 weeks to ship. These items are also shipped LTL Freight and not standard ground, therefore an attempt may be made to contact you to arrange for an appropriate delivery time. 

International Shipping

At this time we only ship to the United States and do not ship International. Please check back with us at a later time. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@jprosupplies.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Order Cut-Off Times

Orders are processed daily at 1:30 pm EST. If you place an order by this time, your order should ship within the same business day, although some exceptions may exist where your order ships the next business day. 

Order Cancellations

If you made a mistake or need to cancel your order, please do so by logging in and canceling your order through the account page. If you are unable to, please reach out to customer support at (888) 954-6290 or support@jprosupplies.com. Please note that once an order has been processed for fulfillment, it may not be canceled. It can only be returned as unopened. 

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and UNOPENED in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@jprosupplies.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization label as well as for instructions on where to send your package. You will pay all freight costs involved in return or exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
